30 minutes and 1 inquiry call into my order.
I am told by one of your staff that the driver is down the street and will be there in a couple minutes.

45 minutes and a second inquiry call is made.
Your manager is just plain rude! He states he will be canceling my order.

As I would like a copy of my receipt, I went to the store, I arrive at your store 3 minutes later.

I could have to come pick up my sandwich. Unfortunately, your manager was not bright enough to offer any solution other than a lie with no delivery.
Sadly, your employees would rather lie to people in the hopes of not having to deal with their inability to do a basic job.

I am a person, who purchases daily lunches for 30 employees. I will no longer use Jimmy Johns for this and neither will my friends. #boycottjimmyjohns
