Today(2-7-17) at approx. 2:00PM I ate a real deal at this Hardees. I had to give my order 3 times to the older lady taking my order. When my food came it was not as ordered. I took it back and they said the order did not get to the cook as I ordered. The napkins holder was out at my table and the ketchup dispenser was empty.The Diet Dr Pepper tasted bitter and has not been right for months now. I went to the restroom and there were no hand towels. A few hours later I have heartburn from the food I ate. I moved here from Tennessee and our Hardees were great. This one is the worst I have ever encountered. If I owned this place I would fire everyone and start over. I would like to see an improvement at this place or I must keep going to Burger King.
