Recipe of making hamburger with chicken breast

Ingredients

  • Natural Yogurt - 4 tbsp
  • Hard cheese - 4 slices
  • Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Carrot - 1 pc
  • Chinese cabbage - 60g
  • Chicken breast - 1 pc

Directions

IngredientsPrepare all necessary ingredients.

cabbageWash and cut the chinese cabbage with a sharp knife.

cucumberWash and cut the cucumber into circles of 2-3 mm in width.

carrotWash and clean the carrots from the skin, rub it on the wide grate so as to get thin plates.

Add the vegetables in a deep bowl, a little sugar, a pinch of cumin and a teaspoon of vinegar. Thoroughly mix the ingredients.

bunHeat the pan, cut in half the sesame bread, the slices fry in dry pan until golden crisp.

Wash and dry on a paper towel the chicken breast. Sprinkle salt and pepper, cover with a plastic bag and repel the meat with a wooden mallet. The meat should be sufficiently flat, but the surface must not be damaged.

fried chicken breastUse the frying pan in which we fried the buns, cook the chicken. Fry the slices of meat on each side until golden brown.

Hamburger with chicken breast
In the bottom half of each bun grease with natural yoghurt without any additives, on top of it put 2 tablespoons of pickled vegetables. The next layer is a slice of cheese, on top of it lay ready chicken chop, then again put one slice of cheese and cover with the top half of bread.
