This recipe is useful for the holiday table or for dinner. You choose. The taste and flavor of the dish is worth for making it. Meat must be taken not fat. Pork is preferable. But if you like chicken, you can try with it. But it will be a little bit dry for me.
Recipe of making exotic kruchenyky
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- Canned pineapple
- Cheese 200 g
- Lemon 1pc
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Meat 500g
- Greenery
- Salt, pepper
- Breadcrumbs
Directions
1 |  | Cut the meat into pieces 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let stand 10-15 minutes. |
2 |  | Cut the cheese into small pieces, the rings of pineapple in half. In each piece of meat put pineapple and cheese, wrapped roll and chipped with toothpick. |
3 |  | Dip in the beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a hot pan with oil. For 2 minutes on each side. |
4 |  | Put in a baking dish, sprinkle with chopped garlic and bake in the oven at 180 C for 15 minutes. |
