I was a regular customer. Yesterday went to drive thru for an XL Caramel coffee. Received my coffee and tasted it when i got to work. No caramel in it. Today ordered an Xl caramel coffee and 2 toasted bagels with butter. The order was repeated back correctly. When i drove up, the amount was different than normal. I asked and was treated rude and asked didnt you have a caramel coffee and 2 bagels with cream cheese and I said no. She got all rude and huffy. She re rang it up to what still seemed wrong but I couldn’t question her since she was angry and closed the window. She then brought me the bagels and said have a good day, angrily. I said where is my coffee,she got even angrier and said you told me that wasn’t your order. I said the bagels were wrong. She then angrily reached over grabbed the coffee and gave it to me. I asked her name and she just stared at me. I asked again and she gave it to me. I told her I would be reporting her to the company.
