I went through the drive thru at 4419 Southside Blvd and ordered a sesame seed bagel with strawberry cream cheese and 2 other items. After getting to work , I opened my bag to COLD hash browns and a sesame seed bagel with regular cream cheese, (Which I can't Stand). I called the store to make my complaint and the young lady apologized and told me to come back to get the correct item. I told her that I can't do that right away because I am at work, then she asked me to call back because they were busy. I told her that I was busy also, as I am at work and can't just leave, nor did I take time out of my day to come there just to be given something I did not ask for. She then gave me her manager's name, and again asked me to call back. I usually get good service at this location, but I was very disappointed today.
