Went through the drive through, 7-8 cars in line. Took 5-10 minutes per car. Employees intermittently outside of the restaurant laughing and giggling. Spent over 30 minutes in the drive through. Asked when the manager was going to be in tomorrow. Julian said he was the store manager, refused to give me anyone else's name and did not apologize at all for the long wait. Was extremely sarcastic and laughed off my frustration of the bad service. Offered no assistance or empathy AT ALL. Also, told I did not want sauce several times, and Julian still forgot. Worst service I have ever had.
