UPDATE FROM NEXT DAY *** came in and they wouldn't refund to my card, only cash. Wouldn't contact the manager and yelled at me in front of the whole store and customers for even demanding a manager. Will never come here again ***. Extremely unhappy with them. After a 15 minute wait I received my blizzard and found upon opening it at home it was m&m, not Reese's peanut butter cup as I ordered. I called and they would not refund me without driving back out there. It's 2018 and mainstream restaurants are surely capable of voiding a sale without swiping a card. I feel like this is a tactic to deter people from actually getting refunded.
