Try these wings you will feel the delicious taste of traditional Buffalo chicken wings, but there will be a surprise as there will not be bones. That's because these "wings" are actually pieces of sliced chicken. It fried and soaked by that spicy sauce for the wings, which is used for classical Buffalo.

If you like the taste of Buffalo wings, but you do not want to eat them by hands but by fork - this recipe is for you. These "wings" are served with sliced celery stalks and cheese sauce.

Recipe of making chili's boneless buffalo wings


  • Cheese sauce - to taste
  • Celery - to taste
  • Paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Margarine - 15 gr.
  • Milk - 250 ml.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Spicy sauce - 50 gr.
  • Wheat flour - 100 gr.

Breaded chicken piecesLay out the chicken breaded pieces on a plate and stay to cool for about 15 minutes. Put in the fryer to 190°C. Fry the cool chicken for 6-7 minutes.
hot sauce with melted margarineMix spicy sauce with melted margarine until smooth. Fried chicken put in a paper towel, then take and place in a container with a tight lid, fill the sauce, close the lid and carefully shake.
