Recipe of making chicken in apricot sauce

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 4 g
  • Apricot jam - ½ cup
  • Red bell pepper - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • White onion - 1 pc
  • Red pepper flakes - ¼ tsp
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Chicken thighs - 4 pc

Directions

onionCut the Onion at the bottom, peel the garlic and add to the onions.

sauce apricot jamPrepare the sauce from the apricot jam, ketchup, soy sauce, rub the ginger, red pepper flakes.

Put chicken thighs on top of the onions and garlic, pour the sauce. Put on top with red peppers peeled and cut.

Cover on fast mode 3 1/2 hours or on low 5 1/2 hours.
