I love Chicken Express - in fact I started eating at your restaurants about 10 -11 years ago in Euless. Last night I took my 2 granddaughters to the CE at 6445 Eastridge in Dallas - I've never had service like I had last night - anywhere ... Not sure who you had in the drive thru but she needs to be removed from that position - not only did it take 25 minutes to get my food - we could hear her yelling ( more like screaming ) at someone thru the drive thru mic - when I got to the window the order she read me was wrong - I said thank you 3 times and she never even responded - even my 10 yr old granddaughter could tell something was off. Everyone has a bad day at work but it's the managers responsibility to train her - and let her know that behavior is not acceptable - she was very upset about something - you could see it in her face and in her actions - I won't be back to that Chicken Express - will just choose another location from now on.
