There is a wonderful secret of cooking meat, whether it will be fish, poultry or beef, pork. This secret makes the meat always juicy. And today we will make chicken chops. Crab sticks give them small gastronomic delights. Crab sticks better to buy deep-frozen - then they juicier and tastier. And so we go.
Recipe of making chicken chops "sweet"
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- Breadcrumbs
- Greens
- Spice
- Pepper
- Salt
- Egg 1 pc
- Flour
- Chicken breast 500g
- Crab sticks 150g
Directions
1 |  | Chicken breast cut into portions. Add spices and salt. Let stand for 15 minutes. |
2 |  | Then the secret. Take 3 dishes. The first one pour the flour, into the second the beaten egg, you can dilute it with a little water or milk. And in the third breadcrumbs. Half crab sticks wrapped in meat. |
