Yesterday I stopped at the BK on RT. 31 in Somerset. It was approximately 4:00 in the afternoon and there were 4 or 5 vehicles at the drive-thru. I had a coupon for a 2Whopper meal with cheese, fries and small drinks. It was to be $8.99. When I got to the pick up window, I was charged over $16. I couldn't understand, but when I got home I understood. I received 4 Whoppers, without cheese and with the wrong toppings, 2 small drinks and no fries. I go to this BK fairly often, as it is on my way home; in fact, I worked there briefly years ago! Never had any issues with the service or the food. Until yesterday. I was overcharged for what I ordered and didn't get it anyway. Most of 2 of the Whoppers went in the trash. I may have to try going elsewhere from now on.
