This is the second time I've purchased nuggets got where I was going and no sauce after asking if it was in the bag my bag last night. Call the store someone answer then they hung up. Called back no answer. The nuggets I purchased are sitting in the refrigerator. Bought a Bacon Chicken Ranch salad it wasn't made correct I took that lost. I understand that in drive through its on a timer I've did drive thru as a expeditor but I made sure my custom had the right order and everything they needed. The store kept a low score and no complains. Just want my orders right that's all.

The hours of operation, apparently depend on who's working!! Just had my 3rd experience with them closing an hour or more BEFORE they're scheduled to do so!! BAD BUSINESS!!

Customer service is horrible! They are the only burger king that doesn't take more than one coupon in the drive through. You have to come inside if you want to use more than one coupon. Have had my order wrong many times but the straw that broke the camels back for me was that I ordered 3 hashbrowns and only got two. Called and they said I can come back to get the hashbrown the next morning. Didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience. Went to get my hashbrown the next morning. While I got my order I forgot to order a plain biscuit for my son. I tried to order the biscuit and pay for it and the lady told me that i would have to drive back around to order it. Now mind you, they was only working one window where you pay and get the food (not two windows where you pay first then go to the second window to get the food of which I would have understood). I said to her "that doesn't make any sense", so she rung up the biscuit (had an attitude) and the pregnant lady that messed my order up the day before apparently had an attitude as well and pretty much through the bag with the biscuit by the window for the lady to give to me. NEVER again will I go to this burger king!!! I don't care if I have to go out of my way to get something else to eat. This place either needs new management or they need to retrain all of their employees!
