Hamburger "Big King" was the result of confrontation between two monsters of the world of fast food: McDonald's and Burger King. The original "Big King" was conceived as a competitor of  "Big Mac" and almost completely repeats it. Later it was changed and the separating bun disappeared from burgers, and in the early 2000s it disappeared, returning to the permanent menu in 2013. Whatever it was, it is the most recognizable brand of Burger King.

Recipe of making burger king big king

Ingredients

  • White wine vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise - 40 g.
  • Cheese Sandwich - 2 slices
  • Black pepper - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Salad - 1 sheet
  • French Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Sweet cucumber pickle - 1 tsp
  • White onions - 2 ringlet
  • Ground beef - 200 g.
  • Hamburger buns - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/8 tsp
  • Paprika - 1/8 tsp

Directions

billet cutletFirst of all form two round patties with ground beef slightly larger than the size of rolls, salt, pepper, and leave them for 20-25 minutes in the freezer.

sauce big kingThen make a special sauce. For this mix the following ingredients: mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, sugar, white vinegar, sweet mustard pickle and French mustard.

bun with sauceFry the cut bun over medium heat bun. On the upper part put 1 spoonful of sauce and shredded lettuce.

fried cutletIn the lower part put fried meat, cheese, one more meat and cheese.

onions and cucumbersNext put the onion rings, cucumber and cover with the top bun.
