Pupils and students will enjoy this buns. Crispy buns with parmesan and cheddar.
Recipe of making buns with courgette and cheese
- Fresh basil - 2 tbsp
- Sun-dried tomatoes in oil - 2 tbsp
- Parmesan - ¼ cup
- Butter - 113 g
- Cheese - 1 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 2 ½ cup
- Salt - 1 ½ tsp
- Courgette - ¾ cup
- Milk 2.5% - 1 cup
Preheat the oven to 210 gr. Grate the courgette so that it is 3/4 measuring cup. Put it in a colander, salt 1/4 tsp and mix. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Wash with water. Remove the excess liquid.
|Mix flour, baking powder and salt in the big container. Cut the butter into pieces. |
Add the butter into the flour. Add the courgette, grated cheese like mozzarella, for example, and cheddar cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and chopped fresh basil.
Add the milk and mix well without overdoing.
|Put with a spoon on a greased baking trays or baking paper. Then put in the oven for 22-25 minutes. |
|Serve the finished buns to the table. |
