Recipe of making buns with courgette and cheese


  • Fresh basil - 2 tbsp
  • Sun-dried tomatoes in oil - 2 tbsp
  • Parmesan - ¼ cup
  • Butter - 113 g
  • Cheese - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tbsp
  • Flour - 2 ½ cup
  • Salt - 1 ½ tsp
  • Courgette - ¾ cup
  • Milk 2.5% - 1 cup


Preheat the oven to 210 gr. Grate the courgette so that it is 3/4 measuring cup. Put it in a colander, salt 1/4 tsp and mix. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Wash with water. Remove the excess liquid.
FlourMix flour, baking powder and salt in the big container. Cut the butter into pieces.
Add the butter into the flour. Add the courgette, grated cheese like mozzarella, for example, and cheddar cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and chopped fresh basil.

Add the milk and mix well without overdoing.
Put the dough in the ovenPut with a spoon on a greased baking trays or baking paper. Then put in the oven for 22-25 minutes.
