Both teen girls that worked tonight are completely unprofessional!!! My order was wrong after it was called back to me twice by the server, when we were given the ice cream both girls began screaming. One said did you kill it, I’m clocking out while the other attempted to kill what I gather was a roach. I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing. I watched her kill or attempt to kill something and she still handed me ice cream next to where she killed something. I took the ice cream and just threw it away. I was completely disgusted. I called and asked for the manager but was told sorry the manger wasn’t there and she hung up. She didn’t ask if she could help me or anything. We will never go to Bruster’s again. I will put this complaint on every site I can think of because the lack of professionalism is outrageous.
