This restaurant has very good food, but lousy service. I went into the Graham, NC one last night at about 8 pm. They were not busy and had about 8 or 10 workers at the time. I ordered a chicken dinner and a BBQ bowl. After waiting about 15 minutes, the shift leader asked me if I really needed gravy on my mashed potatoes. With employees just fooling around, I just simply got my money back, and I left. The managers here obviously have zero skills in managing their employees. Good food alone is not good enough anymore. Waiting for 15 minutes at the counter of a fast food restaurant is not acceptable. Without changes, I'm afraid their good food is doomed! I went 1/4 mile down the street to Cookout, and despite a very long drive-thru line, I was in & out in 5 minutes.
