Bojangles Fulton Industrial is the worst! I ordered online and took my receipt just in case because it was my attempt at RETRYING this location due to consistent previous poor service. They were just as incompetent and rude as always. This time, the manager who says her name is Joy, was the one I talked with directly. Even though the online receipt states I can pick up "drive thru" she said they never allow drive thru for online orders. She said they "did not have" my order at all. I came inside and gave her my receipt. THEY SLOWLY PREPARED MY ORDER, NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY! When I addressed the non-apology with Joy, she said it wasn't their fault that they didn't have my order and as I walked away she YELLED "SORRY YOU HAD TO COME INSIDE." Joy's attitude is true to character of the previous reason I stopped going to this store and will never ever go back again!
