I love Bojangles, and I visit them often. I was enroute to out of town on Friday morning 9/24 when I stopped at this location because it was right off the exit when I overheard (while in the drive thru line one of your employee) use racial slurs against someone she was upset with. I later found out that she was a manager. This is 2021 and made me not want to visit your company again. I hope you have a conversation with her because this was totally unexceptable behavior.
