Recipe of making bhaturi-indian cakes
- Salt (regular or sea salt) - 1 tsp.
- Sugar (ordinary white sugar, but you can use brown) - 1 tbsp.
- Sour (can be replaced by yogurt or kefir) - 1 1/2 glass
- Soda (food) - 1 tsp.
- Flour (wheat white flour) - 400 g
- Sunflower oil (for frying, but it is better to use corn)
