The Arby’s on S. College in Fort Collins (next to Trader Joe’s) is the worst Arby’s on the Front Range. I’ve never experienced a consistently slower drive through at ANY fast food restaurant. This one averages 5-15 minutes with only a few cars in front of me. I had tried the new Petite Filet Steak sandwiches at other locations. When tried at this location, the bread was not heated and all the other ingredients were lukewarm. The cinnamuffin barely filled half of its container because the dough had not risen. Last night, after 9 minutes waiting with just 2 vehicles in front of me and each vehicle receiving just one bag of food, at the window I saw 4 employees and no one in line at the counter. After pulling around the building, only one customer was sitting in the restaurant. This location needs a new manager.
